Packages and pricing

Package prices shown on this website are in Indian Rupees and may change. The structure of each package — including session frequency and duration — is confirmed with you during your initial consultation. Nothing on this website constitutes a binding offer until confirmed by us.

No guaranteed outcomes

Results from training, nutrition and recovery vary from person to person and depend on many factors. We do not promise or guarantee any specific outcome.

Recovery technologies

EWOT, red light therapy and hydrogen water are offered as complementary wellness services. They are not medical treatments and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. We may decline to offer a service where it may not be suitable.

Enquiries and consultations

Submitting an enquiry does not book a consultation. A consultation is confirmed only when we agree a time with you directly. The “Find your path” tool offers a general suggestion based on your answers and is not a health or fitness assessment.
